Is there a limit to how many children I can book a Helpr sitter to care for?

Yes! There is a limit to how many children you can book a Helpr sitter to care for.

• Helpr has a 4:1 child to sitter ratio in line with childcare best practices. We have this in place to support safety, especially of young children.
• We would be happy to work with you to match with more than one Helpr Network sitter when you need care for more than 4 children. Please place multiple requests in your Helpr app and make sure to list in the booking notes that you are requesting to book with multiple sitters for the reason that your care need includes more than 4 children.

Hosting an event?

• If you are in need of childcare for an event such as a wedding, birthday party, etc. Helpr may be able to support!
• We'd love to work directly with you on the details so please email us at support@hellohelpr.com and we can go from there.
