Can I add a second line of communication to my Helpr app?
Absolutely! If you have anyone else who'd like to be kept updated on the status of your booking requests and anything else related to your use of the Helpr app and services, we're happy to help.
How to add a secondary notification email/coparent in the Helpr app:
- Log into your existing Helpr app account
- Select profile from the bottom right corner of the screen (the person icon)
- Select Edit Profile
- Beneath your login email address, enter your secondary notification email/coparent email
- Select Save changes
